When it comes to filming our thriller we have chosen two locations. We have chosen Robert Clack School and Romford Car Park. We decided to chose Robert Clack Lower School because we felt that this location has a good setting for filming out thriller. We used the one of the corridors in the school and we used a desk in a classroom. We used the corridor for the opening scene showing Denis’s dead body and Taju just walking past him checking his temperature. And we used the desk for the interview, questioning Taju about the incident which had occurred. The next location that we are going to use is Romford Car Park, because we feel that it is an isolated area and it has a dark atmosphere and it represents the mood of the thriller. At Romford Car Park we are going to be filming Taju creeping up on Ebun and killing her, this is good location for this because its a dark and confined area. Access to location via: To get to Robert Clack School you will either have to get off at Morris Road and walk for about 3 - 5 minutes. Or you can get off at Whalebone Lane South (A)(B) and this school is literally opposite it. When it comes to reaching Romford Car Park, you can take a bus from Morrison and catch the 175 or 5 and its about 5 minutes walk. Health and Safety Issues to note: When it comes to filming at Robert Clack School we will have to make sure that we take into consideration of the other students who attended robert clack and making sure that our equipment is secure and not in the way of anyone. We also needs to make sure that the area that we are shooting is safe, so for example no loose wires. And we have to make sure that we get permission from staff before filming so that they know where exactly we are filming. And when it comes to filming in Romford Car Park we have to take in consideration that there will be people parking their cars there so we have to make sure that we careful when it comes to filming around them. We also have to make sure that the area we are filming is safe, so there are no puddles where we could slip and fall in.

Potential Filming Problems : When we are filming at Robert Clack I think our main concern will be the other students at the school. Because there are so many of them we have to make sure that we keep not only our equipment safe but also the other students. We can do this by making sure that we are handling the equipment well and making sure that any heavy equipment is out of the way so nobody gets hurt. And when we are filming in Romford Car Park our main concern would be the weather, especially when taking the equipment to and from the area. Also the lighting in the car park may be different depending on the weather. Also because it is a public car park, we have to make sure we ask permission because not all members of the public would want to be seen in the film. Which is why we have to make sure that we ask permission before filming there. And also the license plates of the public cars could also be a concern, but we can handle this by blurring out the license plate number when it comes to editing.

Title: Blood Thirst

Synopsis: The lonely and distraught 17 year old Trevor Williams loves to kill. He has no mercy for those who care about him the most, if he has a desire to see their blood spill from their bodies; he will make sure it happens. Even after a forensic psychologist, who's working closely with the police needs, questions him to try and understand his thought process soon becomes a victim of his long list of brutal murders. During the questioning process, Trevor begins to have flashbacks about his most recent murder and dwells upon the excitement he gains from seeing her blood.

Key Genre Conventions: Cliff-hanger: This is presented right at the end of the thriller. The interview has taken Trevor's lust for reached new heights. As soon as the psychologist warns Trevor upon the prison sentence he may face, his comfortable response leads to him clicking his fingers and blacking out the lights where the audience is to assume he kills the psychologist or maybe Trevor is to be killed. Suspense: This is presented as soon as Trevor sees the vulnerable female walking by the car park, and notices he can get fresh blood within minutes. The girl doesn't know he's coming, he creeps up behind her and at the last minute she turns around and screams; but as always, with Trevor Williams, it's already too late. Hero: This role is displayed by the forensic psychologist who intends to help Trevor and uncover his dark    side to change his ways and rewire his thought process. Villain: This is portrayed by the main character, Trevor, who reveals his utter desire to kill and lack of emotion and affection for anyone else besides himself.

Scenarios

1. Opening - Game of Poker - Trevor stakes £2000 in a game of poker and loses it to Vladimir, however he cannot afford to pay up so he runs.

2.  Morning arises, Trevor is with his wife on the dinner table eating breakfast. His wife leaves for work and is kidnapped by Vladimir,

3. As Trevor finishes breakfast and gets ready for work he receives a phone call from Vladimir who tells him he has kidnapped and prepared to kill his wife unless he gets the money. Vlad organises meeting place and Trevor prepares to meet him.

4. Fight Scene, Vladimir comes out triumphant as soon as he is about to shoot, clip ends.

Lighting

Dark lighting for the first scene as they are in an isolated room playing poker, with just a single lamp.

Natural lighting through scenes 2&3

Darker natural lighting during fight scene, as it will be under street lamp.
